At Seekerline.com, we are committed to providing a great experience for job seekers. Our policy for refunds is tailored to the digital nature of our service, which is a one-time payment for profile creation and access to our platform.
1. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided that you have not utilized the paid features of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, applying to jobs or having your profile made public and visible to job providers.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within this 7-day period. Once your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for payments made after the 7-day period has elapsed or if the paid features of the platform have been used, as determined by Seekerline.com's system logs.
